A new COVID-19 testing site at the W.O. Walker Building in University Circle opens today. This is a drive-thru testing site located in the parking garage at 10524 Euclid Ave., Cleveland.

Due to a testing shortage and surge in new cases, The Ohio National Guard and the Ohio Department of Health are among those staffing the new testing facility.

The testing site is free and open to everyone. You do not need health insurance to be tested.

Registrations are required but an appointment is not needed. The site is open daily this week except Christmas Day from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

You should get tested if you start to feel sick or become exposed to COVID-19.

Glen Smith Health Center, 11100 St. Clair Ave. [44108], and other community agencies. Due to high demand for COVID testing kits, call 216.664.2222 to check for availability.

This pandemic is far from over and we all must continue to take precautions to protect ourselves and others.
