So check out these two pieces, from Sunday [including some predictions about the Bibb era] and last Friday's post-election round up that left some people fuming and a lot more buzzing. As a bonus, we have republished two pieces — Black Political Leadership and Civil Rights, Part I and especially Part II — that offer context for today and recall a time that evokes comparison to today's political scene.
 
Today we published two pieces in our Health section on the deadly rise in opioid deaths in Ohio and across the country.

Finally, with respect to the critical importance of the holiday season to small businesses, especially MBEs and local retail businesses, we have advanced by a week the December edition of Face the Competition.
