Charles Edward Bibb, Sr, well-known in Greater Cleveland political circles for his indefatigable energy and devotion to civic life, died on Thursday, May 15, 2025. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 24, 2025 from 11a—1p at Starlight Baptist Church, 14516 Euclid Ave, East Cleveland [44112]. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pernel Jones and Sons Funeral Home.
